Some examples of how funds are used:
- $20 will provide a spacer for a child or adult.
- $25 will provide a spacer with a mask for a baby.
- $100 will provide 5 pillows.
- $1,000 will sponsor one health care professional to take a 4-month distance- learning course in asthma or COPD.
- $3,000 will provide an oxygen concentrator for an elderly person with emphysema.
- $5,000 will cover the cost of a one-day asthma or COPD workshop for 20 healthcare professionals.
